Registration and Ticketing:
Ticket prices for the Bangladesh International Tech Expo is “Decided Amount”. Event Organizer’s can change ticket price without prior notice. All attendees must register through the official expo website to secure their participation. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Once purchased, they cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the expo is canceled by the organizers.
Event Schedule and Content:
The expo schedule, including speakers, sessions, and topics, is subject to change without prior notice. The organizers will make reasonable efforts to communicate any changes to registered attendees. The organizers reserve the right to make alterations to the expo program, including canceling or replacing sessions or speakers.
Code of Conduct:
All attendees, speakers, and participants are expected to adhere to a high standard of professional conduct and respect towards others.
Discrimination, harassment, or any inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. The organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee who violates this code of conduct without refund.
Intellectual Property:
All content presented at the Bangladesh International Tech Expo, including but not limited to presentations, materials, and discussions, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, or share expo content without obtaining written permission from the organizers and relevant speakers.
Liability and Disclaimer:
The organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience sustained by attendees during the expo.
Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings and are encouraged to take appropriate measures to secure their belongings.
Photography and Recording:
Attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the expo. The organizers reserve the right to use these materials for promotional and marketing purposes.
Privacy Policy:

Force Majeure:

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of the expo being canceled by the organizers, registered attendees will be entitled to a full refund of their ticket purchase.
